Perth Scorchers Won Big Bash 2014-15 Title

Perth Scorchers has beat Sydney Sixers in a sensational and dramatically finish. Scorchers required 8 runs in final over, with 6 wickets in hands, however Brett Lee bowled first MN Coulter and then Wicketkeeper SM Whiteman on two successive deliveries and bring back his team in the match. Yasir Arafat was the last man who faced deciding ball of the match and took the winning run to make his team home.

Indeed this was the most stunning final held in Canberra, Henriques who claim a half century in final, however missed the ball and helped Scorchers to claim back to back KFC T20 Big Bash Title. Sixers innings was dominated by Henriques 77 run innings, RGL Carters with 35 and NJ Maddinson with 19 were the other two contributors to the total of 147 for the loss of 5 wickets. JP Behrendorff, NM Coulter-Nile, B Hogg and Arafat who sealed victory share one wicket each.

In response, Scorchers started well with 70 runs stand for first wicket when M Klinger caught by Abbott at 33 scores, Brett Lee was the bowler, Marsh and Voges added another 43 runs for second wicket on 31 balls, when Bollinger put Voges in pavilion.
