World Cup 2015 will Kick off by inaugural match between
Black Caps and Sri Lankan Tigers. However the first really really big Match of
Cricket History is scheduled between two neighbors, yes between Pakistan and
India. Keeping in view the heat of match, authorities have scheduled this big
match on Sunday to provide public opportunity to enjoy every movement of match
on off day.
Here are some analyses between the two teams:
Current Form:
Both Asian Teams are struggling to maintain good reputation
as Indian team failed to deliver in their current Australian tour, earlier
Australian Cricket Team beat Blue Shirts in Test Match Series, then they completely
failed to performed in Tri-nation series between Australia-England-India, which
Australia won by defeating England.
On the other hands, Pakistani Team also struggles in recent series,
they lost in UAE ODIs and continue their bad form in Current New Zealand Tour
of 2 ODIs, which New Zealand comfortably won.
Warm-up Matches:
Pakistani Side:
After bad performance by both teams, both teams performed
well in World Cup 2015 warm-up matches, especially Pakistani Team makes strong
comeback by showing depth in middle order, as Captain Misbah shows his class in
both ODIs by leading from the front, first Green Shirts beat Bengal Tigers by 3
Wickets by mature and match winning innings by Young Shoaib Maqsood and then
beat England by responsible innings of Misbah powered by Umar Akmal’s
aggressive Knock.
Problem for Pakistan in both warm-up matches was failure of opening
and top orders, their guns including Nasir Jamshed, Ahmad Shahzed and experienced
Younis Khan totally collapsed, and this is not a good sign especially the failure
of Younis Khan is totally disaster.
Indian Side:
Blue Shirts also keeps their moral high by defeating
Afghanistan Cricket Team, Indian Team won the match by heavy margin of 153
runs, opener Rohit Sharma inning’s of 150 runs powered by 12 boundaries and 7
skyscrapers helped Indian side to put mount of runs on board.
In response Afghan team managed to put 211 on board in 50
overs and lost the match by 153 runs, good thing for Afghan team was completing
of all 50 overs.
Real Problem:
On comparison of the two teams, Blue Shirts looks stronger
than Green Shirts, however interesting to see how both will perform on the big
day, Pakistani team has lost bug guns just before mega event of Cricket World
including Magician Spinner of Ball Saeed Ajmal, world’s best ODI All-Rounder
Muhammd Hafeez known as Professor for his beneficial advices to his team, Speed
Gun Junaid Khan who really challenge the skills of Indian Batsmen in 3 ODI
series especially Virat Kohli, while the fitness of remaining team is not seems
to 100% for event like World Cricket Cup. So Pakistan has to perform with
exceptional skills in order to change the history of World Cup.
Earlier, Indian team lost the first warm-up match against
Australian Cricket Team by 106 runs, Australian put 371 runs on board, in reply,
Australian bowlers wrap up Indian cricket team on 265 in 45 overs.
Indian Team is missing the quality bowling attack, though
they have big names in batting line up, but their bowling needs more determination,
quality and variety.
I wish Best of Luck for both Teams, interesting to see how the
match will go from ups and downs. Stay tuned LovCric.Blogspot for more Cricket
updates.
